While this method is more costly of the three available, it seems to appeal to the majority of the voting population. Other methods are by telephone or Internet.
The traditional mail-in ballot method involves production of candidate packets; the ballot itself with unique Personal Identification Number (PIN), envelopes for mailing to the voter and returning to vendor, along with processing to secure the best possible postage rate. |

Duplications Prevented
The VR Election Services process controls insure that only one eligible vote for each position is counted. The first vote tabulated is the vote counted. Once the voter PIN number has been used, it cannot be used again.
Our controls provide us with the ability to verify Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) against the eligible voter database and prevent duplicate voting from the results of those elections that also use telephone and/or Internet balloting methods. All mailings take place according to key election dates.
Voters who need assistance with voting, order a replacement election packet, or who have questions, may call our live toll-free customer service representatives. Multiline capabilities result in less than 3-minute queue times for callers.
Ballots are tallied, verified and the results certified by a notary public. The results can be faxed, e-mailed or over nighted, according to the client's requirements. |
Third-party credibility guarantees unbiased election results. Members can make their voices heard with every assurance of complete confidentiality. Put the power of VR Election Services to work for you.
